These terms and conditions were last updated on 09/15/2007. Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the
website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. “We” or “Our” means Di Moda European Lingerie and “You” or
“your” means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.

1. Prices, description and availability of goods

All prices are shown in CAD (Canadian Dollar). All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is
subject to change without notice; hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price.
Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will endeavor to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item,
having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product.

2. Sales tax

Into the Canada:

All orders in Ontario are subject to GST and PST.
For order shipped to other provinces in Canada are subject only to GST.

Outside the Canada:

For orders shipped to destinations outside the Canada the price excludes Sales Tax but orders may be subject to local sales tax or
import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following
delivery.

3. Payment methods

All orders must be paid for by credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cheque or postal order, and you cannot pay
in installments. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. You can find out which cards are accepts by adding the product
to the basket, proceeding to checkout, and viewing the drop down 'card type' menu. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). For
orders outside the Canada, the credit card company, at their current exchange rates, will convert credit transactions (you will see on
your credit card statement).

4. Delivery arrangements

Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased, indication of the delivery timescale. We will notify you if your goods
cannot be dispatched within this timescale, e.g. some ‘made to order’ goods may take longer. The delivery costs for each goods
vary and are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are
estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days. Please note that there are some products that we do not
ship to certain destinations, which will be indicated in the shopping basket. Free shipping in Canada for order over $69.00 CAD
(before taxes).

5. Exchange & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. All sales are final, however we will accept exchanges to ensure proper fit.
Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent and the cost of returning goods paid for by the customer and received by our office NO
LATER than three days from the receiving date. We recommend insured mail or courier service to ensure delivery. In compliance
with hygiene laws, all items must be returned to us in the original, unworn condition with all tags and stickers attached. Items not
returned in this condition within 3 days will NOT be exchanged and will simply be resent to the customer. Additional shipping rates
will be charged at the time exchanges are shipped back to the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.
For health, safety and hygiene reasons and the protection of our customers and employees we will not accept return of bras, panties
(briefs, thongs), bodysuits, men’s sets, men’s briefs and boxers.
Please note sale items, clearance items, special offers, are final sales and are not exchangeable.
Please be sure of your size before you place the order.

All third party copyright, trademarks, brand names, product names and titles on this website are acknowledged. This website is
protected. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Any use, printing or copying of materials on this website, other than in the course of browsing,
selecting products and ordering from us, is strictly prohibited. Any framing of this website is prohibited.
